Bu çalışmada, 14 hafta süren bir öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin uygulama öğretmeni, uygulama sınıflarının öğrencileri, öğretmen adayları ve öğretim elemanı tarafından değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Öğretmenlik uygulaması sürecine yönelik görüşlerin incelemesinden dolayı özel durum yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma Fen bilimleri öğretmenliği bölümü 4. sınıfına devam etmekte olan 6 öğretmen adayı, 1 öğretmenlik uygulaması dersi öğretmeni, 1 öğretim elemanı ve 4 ortaokul öğrencisiyle yürütülmüştür. Öğretmenlik uygulaması sürecinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla tüm katılımcılarla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler ses kayıt uygulamasıyla kayıt altına alınmış olup veriler toplandıktan sonra transkript edilmiş ve bu transkriptler iki araştırmacı tarafından kodlanmıştır. Kodlama süreci sonrasında kodlar karşılaştırılmış ve kodlayıcılar arası güvenirlik katsayısı hesaplanarak 0.82 uyum bulunmuştur. Kodlardan yola çıkılarak alt temalar ve temalar oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma süreci sonunda öğretmen adaylarının mesleğe yönelik aidiyet duygularının geliştiği, uygulama öğretmeninin rehberliğinin öğretmen adaylarının mesleki gelişimi için yararlı olduğu, öğretmen adaylarının pedagojik yönden eksikliklerinin bulunduğu ve öğretmen adaylarının geliştirmiş oldukları materyallerin bütün katılımcılar tarafından etkili bulunduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda öğretmen adayı, uygulama öğretmeni ve öğretim elemanının aktif katılımı ve iş birliğine dayalı bir öğretmenlik uygulaması sürecinin, literatürde öğretmenlik uygulamasına yönelik karşılaşılan birçok sorunu gidermede etkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Dolayısıyla öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin katılımcılarının beklentilerini ve fikirlerini paylaşmalarına yönelik toplantılar düzenlenmesi önerilebilir.
In this study, a 14-week teaching practice course is aimed at being evaluated by the practice teacher, the students of the practice classes, the teacher candidates and the teaching staff. For the study of the views on the teaching application process, the specific situation method was preferred. The study was carried out by 6 teachers candidates, 1 teaching practice class teacher, 1 teaching member and 4 high school students. Half-structured discussions were held with all participants in order to evaluate the teaching process. Half-configured conversations were recorded with the audio recording application and transcripted after the data was collected and these transcripts were coded by two researchers. After the coding process, the codes were compared and the reliability ratio between the coders was calculated and 0.82 matched. From the codes, sub-themes and themes are created. At the end of the work process, the teacher candidates developed their feelings of affiliation to the profession, the practice teacher's guidance was beneficial for the professional development of the teacher candidates, the teacher candidates had a pedagogical deficiency and the material that the teacher candidates developed was influenced by all participants. In this context, a teaching application process based on the active participation and cooperation of the teacher candidate, the practical teacher and the teaching member has come to the conclusion that it is effective in solving many problems faced with the teaching application in literature. Therefore, the teaching practice course may be recommended to hold meetings for the participants to share their expectations and ideas.
