So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Sigorta sektörünün ulusal ve uluslararası ticaretin sürdürülebilirliği ile sosyal hayatın gelişimine katkıları göz önünde bulundurulduğunda bu sektörde faaliyet gösteren firmaların performansı oldukça önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada BİST’e kayıtlı altı sigorta firmasının performansı Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) teknikleriyle ölçülmüştür. Uygulamada değerlendirme kriterleri Garcia vd. (2010) tarafından önerilen ağırlıklandırılmış hedef programlama (AHP) yaklaşımıyla ağırlıklandırılmıştır. İkinci aşamada bu ağırlıklar Sayadi vd. (2009) tarafından geliştirilen aralık VIKOR yöntemiyle bütünleştirilerek firmalar performanslarına göre sıralanmıştır. Çalışmada önerilen bütünleşik modelin bulanık ortamda performans ölçümü literatürüne katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.
