Abstract:

Petrol ve petrol ürünleri, ulaşım ve endüstri gibi farklı alanlarda da kullanılarak, dünya enerji ihtiyacının büyük bir bölümünü karşılamaktadır. Ekonomide yer alan sektörlerin çoğunluğu, doğrudan yada dolaylı olarak petrole bağımlıdır. Petrol, ülkemizde ve Dünyada da vazgeçilmez bir enerji kaynağıdır. Bu çalışmada da Türkiye’de petrol üretimi yapan bir şirketin; 2002-2014 yılları arasında; işlenen ham petrol miktarı, yatırıma yapılan harcamalar, üretim miktarı, satışlar miktarı, ürün dış alımı (ithalat) miktarı, ürün dış satımı (ihracat) miktarı, net satış tutarı, faaliyet karı ve çalışan kişi sayısı kriterleri açısından performansı değerlendirilecektir. Şirketin performansını değerlendirmede kullanılacak kriterlerin ağırlıkları AHP ve ENTROPİ yöntemleri ile belirlenecektir. Daha sonra elde edilen kriter ağırlıkları ve değerleri ile oldukça yaygın olarak kullanılan, Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemleri’nden TOPSIS ve ELECTRE II yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Değerlendirme sonucunda tüm yöntemlere göre şirketin 2011 yılındaiyi performansı gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. The greatness of sectors in economy directly or indirectly depends on petroleum  which is a neccessary source in Turkey and world. In this article will be handed by a company in which has been manifactured between the years 2002-2014, the aspects of outlays an investment the amount of processed crude oil, output, sale amount, the amount of import, the amount of export, net selling price, its profit and the number of workers. The criteria to be used to evaluate the Company's performance will be determined by the weight of AHP and ENTROPİ methods. TOPSIS and ELECTRE technics of multicriteria desicion technic which are used common as a performance assessment technic must be calculated with weights criteria then it is aimed to evaluate by this technic. According to all of the evaluation process was concluded in 2011, the company has shown the best performance.
