Eğitim liderlerinin etkili liderlik davranışları, Covid-19 gibi kriz durumunda daha da önemli hale gelmiştir. Krizler karmaşıklığı ve belirsizliği beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu durumlarda örgütün devamlılığı için liderlerin takipçileri için destek ve rehberlik sağlamaları gerekmektedir. Aynı şekilde, okul müdürlerinin kriz liderliği davranışları, öğretmenlerin yön ve rehberlik aradıkları kötü koşullardaki öğretim deneyimlerini etkileyebilmektedir. Okul yöneticilerinin etkili kriz liderliği davranışlarının yanı sıra liderlere duyulan güven, kriz zamanlarında öğretmenlerin davranış ve tutumlarını etkileyebilecek önemli bir faktördür. Kriz dönemlerinde okul yöneticilerinin eğitim liderliğini etkin bir şekilde sürdürebilmeleri beklenmektedir.

The effective leadership behavior of the educational leaders has become even more important in crises such as Covid-19. Crisis brings complexity and uncertainty. In these cases, the leaders need to provide support and guidance for their followers for the continuity of the organization. Similarly, the crisis leadership behaviors of school managers can affect teaching experiences in the bad conditions that teachers are looking for direction and guidance. In addition to the effective crisis leadership behavior of school managers, the confidence in the leaders is an important factor that can affect the teachers’ behavior and attitudes in times of crisis. In times of crisis, school managers are expected to be able to effectively maintain their educational leadership.

Likewise, the crisis leadership behaviors of school principals can affect the teaching experiences of teachers in poor conditions where they seek direction and guidance. In addition to the effective crisis leadership behaviors of school administrators, trust in leaders is an important factor that can affect teachers' behaviors and attitudes in times of crisis. In times of crisis, school administrators are expected to be able to maintain their educational leadership effectively.
