So many results that aren't mine?

Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretiminde Eşdizimlilik: Bir Model Önerisi

Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde sözcük listeleri derlem temelli sıklığa göre belirlenip öğrenicilere doğal dil ortamında en sık kullanılan sözcükler sunulmaktadır. Fakat dil tek başına bulunan sözcükbirimlerden değil öbeklerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmalara göre sözlü ve yazılı sözlem birlikte olmak üzere dilin %70'i sabit kalıp ifadelerden oluşmakta olup, eşdizimlilerin sayısı tek sözcük birimlerinin sayısından çok daha fazladır. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde eşdizimsel edinç kavramı daha önce üzerine çalışılmamış bir konudur. Mevcut araştırmaya göre Türkçe öğrenicilerin yaptıkları deyimlerin ve eylemlerin/ eylem çatılarının yanlış kullanımıyla ilgili hatalar eşdizimsel edinç başlığı altında kategorilenmeli, hedef sözcük listelerinde eşdizimsel yapılara yer verilmeli ve ders materyallerine eşdizimlilere dair alıştırmalar sistemli bir şekilde yerleştirilmelidir. Hedef sözcükler sıklık derecelerine göre seçilmeliyse, neden eşdizimli yapılar da aynı şekilde seçilmesin sorusu araştırmanın çıkış noktasıdır. Bu bağlamda yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılan bir seri ders kitabının sunduğu hedef kelime listelerinden 45 sözcük gelişigüzel seçilmiş ve eşdizimliliğe odaklanan dil teorileri çerçevesinde bir öğretim modeli hazırlanmıştır.

In teaching Turkish as a foreign language, word lists are determined according to frequency-based surveys and most frequently used words are presented to learners. However, language does not consist of single word units alone but of lexical bundles. According to researches 70% of oral and written speech is composed of fixed-pattern expressions, therefore the number of collocations is greater than the number of single word units. Current research theorizes that errors made by learners of Turkish about misuse of idioms and action framings should be categorized under collocational competence, and that collocational structures should be included in the target word lists. In addition, exercises about collocations should be placed in teaching materials. In this context, 45 words from the target word lists presented by a series of textbooks were randomly chosen, and a teaching model was prepared.
