Abstract:

Bu çalışmada etik değerlerin, kilit müşteri yöneticilerinin satış performansını etkileri incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı işletmeden işletmeye (B2B) modelde faaliyet gösteren örgütlerdeki etik iklim, örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatmininin, kilit müşteri yöneticilerinin satış peformansı üzerine etkilerini incelenmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında İstanbul ve çevresindeki B2B iş modeliyle çalışan örgütlerdeki 225 işgörenin katıldığı anket ile veri toplama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler neticesinde, etik iklimin örgütsel iklim, iş tatmini ve satış performansı üzerinde olumlu bir şekilde etki ettiği gözlemlenmiştir
