Abstract:

Turkish children living abroad have been prepared Turkish and Turkish Culture Teaching Materials in coordination with the Presidency of the Education and Education Council in order to learn and protect both their cultures and to use Turkish correctly and effectively. It is more difficult for children living abroad to preserve their cultures and learn their national values than for Turks living abroad. Therefore, the values given to the Turkish children living abroad should also be taken care of education. The language of a society is influenced by every event in which a society lives. Thus, the values obtained as a result of the lives of societies reach the age in which they live through the language formed as a result of their lives. The research is important in terms of the new materials to be prepared for two-language Turkish children living abroad to give more attention to the education of values. This study aims to study the values of the Turkish vocabulary and phrase in the Turkish teaching books written for two-language Turkish children living abroad. To this goal, the Turkish and Turkish Culture Teaching Materials (1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-10. Classes), Turkish and Turkish Culture Workbook (1-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-10. Classes), Turkish and Turkish Culture Teacher's Guide (1-10. Classes are selected as examples. The Turkish and Turkish culture in the Turkish teaching set has been used for the analysis of the values contained in the words and speeches and the meaning and context in the text contained in the speeches. The research has concluded that the lesson material is trying to gain the highest tolerance value with speech and phrase.
