Bu araştırmada, müzik öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik özyeterliğini ölçmek için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için öncelikle literatür taraması yapılmış ve 38 maddelik bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Uzman görüşleriyle ölçekteki madde sayısı 21'e düşürülmüştür. Deneme formu 2018 bahar yarıyılında iki aşamalı olarak ülke genelinde görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır. İlk aşamada 110 müzik öğretmenine uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler ile açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) yapılmıştır. Daha sonra ölçeğin nihai formu 191 müzik öğretmenine daha uygulanarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. AFA sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre ölçek iki alt boyuttan oluşan yer alan 21 maddeden oluşmaktadır. İki alt boyutta toplanan maddelerdeki ifadeler incelenmiş ve alt ölçekler olumlu özyeterlik algıları, olumsuz özyeterlik algıları olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Olumlu özyeterlik algıları alt ölçeğinde 14 madde, olumsuz özyeterlik algıları alt ölçeğinde ise 7 madde yer almaktadır. DFA ile ölçeğin yapısının uygunluğu sınanmış ve elde edilen uyum indeksleri ölçeğin iki faktörlü yapısının doğrulandığını göstermiştir. Ölçeğe ait Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayıları: AFA yapılan grup için α=0,930, DFA yapılan grup için α=0,920 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular, geliştirilen ölçeğin, müzik öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik özyeterlik algılarını ölçmede kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
This study aims to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool to measure the authenticity of music teachers towards the coaching training. For this purpose, a literary scan was first done and a material pool of 38 materials was created. According to the experts, the number of items in the scale was reduced to 21. The test form was applied to music teachers who work throughout the country in two stages in the spring semester 2018. In the first phase, 110 music teachers were applied and obtained data and the opening factor analysis (AFA) was performed. The final form of the scale was subsequently applied to 191 music teachers and the verifying factor analysis (DFA) was made. According to the results of the AFA, the scale consists of 21 sub-dimensions. Expression in two sub-dimensions collected substances has been studied and sub-dimensions have been named positive perceptions of self-sufficiency, negative perceptions of self-sufficiency. The positive perceptions of self-sufficiency are 14 items in the lower scale, while the negative perceptions of self-sufficiency are 7 items in the lower scale. The conformity of the structure of the scale has been tested with DFA and the achieved conformity indicators have shown that the two-factor structure of the scale has been verified. Cronbach Alfa internal consistency ratings for the scale: for the AFA group α=0,930, for the DFA group α=0,920. The findings from this study show that the developed scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used to measure the perceptions of self-sufficiency of music teachers towards the coaching training.
