Abstract:

In our country, public administration is supervised by the TBMM through questioning, general consultation, parliamentary investigation, parliamentary investigation and censorship in the framework of political audit. In addition, in the framework of administrative inspection, hierarchical inspection, administrative inspection and supervisory inspection are applied. In the case of administrative court, the counseling council is concerned with the supervision of the courts, such as administrative courts. Also, pressure groups and public control are sometimes influential on public administration. In recent years, the Ombudsman has also been involved in the Public Audit Authority. In this study, the audit process of the public administration will be examined by the main lines without entering the details of the other types of audit mentioned above and will be detailed on the Public Audit Authority. The institution’s establishment process will be examined in detail, and this process will be analyzed how the new understanding of audit, formed by the new public administration and management understanding in Turkey will affect.
