Dil öğretiminde özellikle de Arapça ve Farsça öğretiminde kolaylık sağlaması amacıyla 15. yüzyıl başlarından itibaren Anadolu sahasında manzum sözlükler yazılmaya başlanmıştır. Aruz ölçüsüyle kaleme alınan bu sözlüklerde çoğunlukla nazm ve mesnevi nazım şekli tercih edilmiştir. Başta Arapça-Türkçe, Farsça-Türkçe olmak üzere Osmanlıların kültürel ve coğrafi olarak irtibatta olduğu milletlerin dillerini barındıran Arnavutça-Türkçe Boşnakça-Türkçe, Bulgarca-Türkçe, Ermenice-Türkçe, Fransızca-Türkçe, Rumca-Türkçe sözlükler yazılmıştır. Çalışmaya konu olan eser, Osman Şikloşî tarafından kaleme alınan Farsça-Türkçe manzum bir sözlüktür. Bu çalışmada Osman Şikloşî’nin Farsça-Türkçe manzum sözlüğü hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve sözlüğün transkripsiyonlu metni ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Eserin tek nüshası bilinmektedir. Söz konusu nüsha Milli Kütüphane 06 Mil Yz A 2267/2’de kayıtlıdır. İstinsah tarihi bulunmayan bu nüshaya göre 222 beyitten oluşan eserde tespit edilebildiği kadarıyla 887 Farsça kelimenin Türkçe karşılığı verilmiştir. Eser, 18 manzumeden müteşekkildir. Eserin yazım tarihi belli olmamakla birlikte büyük olasılıkla 16. yüzyılın son çeyreği ile 17. yüzyılın ilk çeyreği içindeki bir tarihte kaleme alınmıştır. Eserin yazarı Osman Şikloşî hakkında kaynaklarda bilgi bulunmamaktadır.
From the beginning of the 15th century, manzum dictionaries began to be written in the Anatolian field in order to facilitate language teaching, especially in Arabic and Persian. In these dictionaries, which are taken with the size of the Aruz, mostly the Nazm and the Musnevian Nazm form are preferred. Mainly Arabic-Turkish, Persian-Turkish, Albanian-Turkish Boşnakça-Turkish, Bulgarian-Turkish, Armenian-Turkish, French-Turkish, Romanian-Turkish dictionaries containing the languages of the nations where the Ottoman people are in cultural and geographical contact. The work that is subject to the work is a Farsça-Turkish dictionary written by Osman Şikloşî. In this study, information was given about Osman Shikloşî's Persian-Turkish manzum dictionary and the dictionary's transcription text was tried to be revealed. The only element of the work is known. The Nüsha National Library is registered at 06 Mil Yz A 2267/2 . According to this non-historic date, it is possible to identify the work consisting of 222 bytes, as far as 887 Persian words have been given Turkish replies. It is good for 18 people. Although the writing date is unknown, it is likely to have been recorded in the last quarter of the 16th century and the first quarter of the 17th century. There is no information about the author Osman Shikloşî.
In language teaching, especially with the aim of facilitating Arabic and Persian language teaching, the Anatolian field poetic dictionaries have been written since the beginning of the 15th century. In these dictionaries written by aruz prosody mesnevi and nazm nazım types are usually preferred. Some ethnicities’ dictionaries which were culturally and geographically tied to Ottomans such as Albanian-Turkish Bosnian-Turkish, Bulgarian-Turkish, Armenian-Turkish, French-Turkish, Greek-Turkish and especially Arabic-Turkish, Persian-Turkish were written. The text which the subject of this article is a Persian-Turkish verse dictionary that is written by Osman Şikloşî. In this study, it has been strived to unveil the hidden aspects of Şikloşi’s dictionary and transcripted version of the original work. There is only one copy of text of the dictionary. The copy is registered in the National Library 06 Mil Yz A 2267/2. According to the copy that is not known the exact date, in the text consisting of 222 couplets has 887 Persian words are given Turkish equivalent. Text includes 18 poems. The writing date of the text is unclear but probably Şikloşî’s dictionry was written in the second half of the 16th century and the first half of the 17th century. There is no information about the author Osman Şikloşî in the sources.
