Abstract:

The aim of this study is to adapt the scale of the creativity feeding behavior of teachers developed by Sharma and Sharma to Turkey. 165 teachers participated in the study. Adaptation of the measurement has been followed by appropriate steps. The Turkish scale consists of 15 matters, 4 dimensions. With the opening factor analysis, 15 material and 4-dimensional structures were obtained. The scale describes 65.084 per cent of the total variation. In the four dimensions found in the scale, the structure validity was studied in order to verify the structure resulting from the opening factor analysis. As a result of the verifying factor analysis, the results were compatible with the original scale. The Cronbach Alfa internal consistency ratio for the entire scale is calculated as .931 . According to the results of the study, the creativity of teachers can be used to determine the creativity of teachers as a valid and reliable measurement tool.
