Literatürde, örgütsel sessizlik düzeyini belirlemek üzere farklı yazarlar tarafından geliştirilen ölçekler mevcuttur. Bu ölçeklerden biri de Knoll ve Dick tarafından geliştirilen örgütsel sessizlik ölçeğidir. Çalışmanın amacı, bu ölçeğin Türkçe literatürde geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik araştırmasını yapmaktır. İlk adımda ölçeğin Türkçeye çevrilmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. İkinci adımda çevirisi yapılan ölçeğin geçerliliği analiz edilmiştir. Bu aşamada öncelikle ölçeğin içerik/kapsam geçerliliği bakımından uzman öğretim üyeleri tarafından değerlendirilmesi sağlanmıştır. Uzman değerlendirmeleri sonrasında ölçeği içeren bir anket formu 150 akademisyene uygulanmıştır. Bu uygulama neticesinde elde edilen verilerle açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. Son olarak oluşturulan ölçeğin güvenilirliği analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda ölçeğin Türkçe alan yazında kullanılabileceği görülmüştür.
In literature, there are scales developed by different authors to determine the level of organizational silence. One of these scales is the organizational silence scale developed by Knoll and Dick. The aim of the study is to conduct a study of validity and reliability of this scale in Turkish literature. In the first step, the scale was translated into Turkish. In the second step, the validity of the translation scale was analyzed. At this stage, the scale was first assessed by the expert faculty members in terms of content/capture validity. A survey form containing the scale after the expert assessments was applied to 150 academics. The results of this application have been explained and verified by the data. The reliability of the scale was analyzed. Analysis has shown that the scale can be used in the summer area.
