Yapılan çalışmanın amacı, Huang, Lai, Lin ve Chen (2013) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Atalet Ölçeği”ni Türkçeye uyarlamak ve söz konusu ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasını yapmaktır. Ölçeğin geçerlik çalışması kapsamında ilk önce ölçeğin tercümesi yapılmış, uzman personel ile ölçek maddeleri incelenmiş ve müteakiben açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışması kapsamında ise güvenirlik analizi yapılarak elde edilen istatistiki bilgiler yorumlanmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam ve mantıksal geçerlik çalışmasında on kişilik uzman personelin görüşünden, ölçeğin yapı geçerliği ve güvenirliği çalışmasında ise ölçeğin Ankara il sınırı içinde bulunan vakıf üniversitelerinde görevli 233 akademisyene uygulanması sonucunda elde edilen verilerden istifade edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda Huang, Lai, Lin ve Chen (2013) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Atalet Ölçeği”nin İngilizce orijinalinde olduğu gibi herhangi bir madde çıkartılmadan üç alt boyutlu olarak Türkiye’de sosyal bilimler alanında yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılabileceği tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda ölçeğin maddelerine ait faktör yüklerinin birinci alt faktörde 0.840-0.439 arasında, ikinci alt faktörde 0.870-0.533 arasında ve üçüncü alt faktörde 0.774-0.573 arasında olduğu, ölçeğin üç alt faktörünün toplam varyansı % 53.864 oranında açıkladığı, ölçeğin uyum iyiliği değerlerinin χ2: 281.19 (p:0.000), SRMR: 0.006, RMSEA: 0.023, TLI (NNFI): 0.947, CFI: 0.919 olduğu ve elde edilen uyum iyiliği değerlerinin literatürde yer alan referans değerleri arasında bulunduğu, Cronbach’s alpha katsayısı değerlerinin ölçeğin bütünü için 0.784, birinci alt faktör için 0.507, ikinci alt faktör için 0.609 ve üçüncü alt faktör için 0.758 olduğu ve güvenirlik analizi kapsamında elde edilen diğer istatistiklerinin de uygun olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of the study is to adapt the "Organizational Atalate Scale" developed by Huang, Lai, Lin and Chen (2013) to Turkey and to work on the validity and reliability of that scale. In the framework of the validity study of the scale, the first translation of the scale was made, the expert staff and the scale materials were studied and the following explanatory and verifying factor analysis was made. In the framework of the measurement’s reliability study, the statistical information obtained by the reliability analysis is interpreted. In the scale and logical validity study of the scale from the opinion of ten specialized staff, the scale's structure validity and reliability study of the scale was collected from the data obtained as a result of the application of 233 academics in the foundation universities located within the Ankara province border. According to the study, the "Organized Atalate Scale" developed by Huang, Lai, Lin and Chen (2013) was found that it could be used in studies in the field of social sciences in Turkey in three sub-dimensions without any material being removed as in the English original. In this scale, the factor burden of the matters of the scale is between 0.840-0.439 in the first subfactor, 0.870-0.533 in the second subfactor and 0.774-0 in the third subfactor. The result was that the total variance of the three subfactors of the scale was 53,864%, the conformity well-being values of the scale were χ2: 281.19 (p:0.000), SRMR: 0.006, RMSEA: 0.023, TLI (NNFI): 0.947, CFI: 0.919 and the achieved conformity well-being values were among the reference values in literature, Cronbach's alpha ratio values were 0.784 for the scale whole, 0.507 for the first subfactor, 0.609 for the second subfactor and 0.758 for the third subfactor, and the other statistics obtained under reliability analysis were appropriate.
