Abstract:

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool that aims to measure the perception of artificial obstacles that prevent women from getting to the top management stages. In the study, two separate working groups were formed, consisting of 354 and 207 academics, who worked at an university in the Anatolian Region, determined by the simple non-selective method and the principle of volunteering. In the process of measurement development, the expert opinion for the scope validity was applied, the data obtained from different samples for the structure validity of the scale was carried out in the opening and verifying factor analysis. To determine the reliability of the measurement, the reliability ratio calculated by the Cronbach Alfa ratio of the measurement and the test half-setting method is calculated. As a result, the scale developed is a valid and reliable scale, it is believed that it can be used in studies to identify perceptions of artificial obstacles that prevent women from getting to the top level of administration in the summer.
