Abstract:

The town is located in the northern part of the village, 19th. The Sacarca Village Mosque of the century (1839-1840) has the characteristic of a straight-course-planned single-local plan in the north-south direction. The mosque, which is located in the garden surrounded by streets in four directions, is built on a flat ground. The mosque, which has a wooden roof, a broken roof, the late Ottoman structure, has no decoration except the roof belly and the mosque. In repairs, the wooden roof and the roof stomach are suspended, the stone walls made as dry wire are removed and rebuilt. The original cutting stone was replaced with the new external coating. In 1980 the closed windows were opened according to their traces. The mosque used by the people of the village, stood with repairs but lost with repairs made in its original state. Nowadays, there are breaks in the interior of the structure and scatterings in the walls. Scientific assessment for the first time made 'Sakarca Village Mosque' in this article will be presented in terms of the design, architecture, material, decoration characteristics and the place and importance in the Anadolu Turkish architecture will be determined.
