Rekabetin giderek çetinleştiği bankacılık sektöründe firmalar performanslarını arttırmak ve çalışanlarından daha yüksek verim alabilmek için örgütsel sessizlikle mücadele etmek ve örgütsel bağlılığı arttırmak durumundadırlar. Bu bağlamda örgütsel sessizlik boyutlarıyla örgütsel bağlılık türleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelendiği araştırmada Kocaeli ilinde bankacılık sektöründe çalışan 188 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada örgütsel bağlılık normatif ve duygusal bağlılık olmak üzere iki boyutta, çalışanın sessiz kalma nedenleri ise yönetsel ve örgütsel nedenler, işle ilgili konular, tecrübe eksikliği, izolasyon korkusu ve ilişkileri zedeleme korkusu olarak beş boyutta ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda normatif bağlılık ile örgütsel sessizlik boyutları arasında ilişki bulunamazken, duygusal bağlılıkla yönetsel ve örgütsel nedenlerden dolayı sessiz kalma, işle ilgili konular, tecrübe eksikliği, izolasyon korkusu ve ilişkileri zedeleme korkusu boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the organizational commitment and organizational silence. The survey is conducted on 188 employees who work at banking sector and datas are analyzed through the SPSS statistical packet programme. In research we approach the organizational commitment’s two dimensions which are normative and emotional commitments. Also we approach the factors of employee silence in five dimensions which are managerial and organizational causes, business subjects, lack of experience, fear of isolation and fear of damaging relationships. According to the results of analyzing, positive relationship was found between emotional commitment and; managerial and organizational causes, business subjects, lack of experience, fear of isolation and fear of damaging relationships.
