Şiirle Yabancı Dil Olarak Arapça Öğretimi

Kişilerin değişen istek ve ihtiyaçlarına göre yabancı dil öğretim yöntem ve teknikleri de değişmektedir. Bu istek ve ihtiyaçlardaki yenilenmeye bağlı olarak yazınsal metin türleri de yabancı dile temel kaynak olmaları bakımından öne çıkmaktadır. Yazınsal metinlerin, gerek ana dil gerekse yabancı dil öğretiminde önemli bir yeri vardır. Öğrenilen yabancı dilin kültürünün de edinilmesinde, dersin aktif ve eğlenceli bir ortamda öğrenci merkezli işlenmesinde, öğrencilerin dil seviyelerinin geliştirilmesinde, kültürler arası etkileşimin oluşmasında, sınıfta iletişim ortamının kurulmasında yazının önemli katkıları olduğu aşikadır. Yazınsal metinler içinde en eski türlerden biri olan şiir kendine has dil kurgusu, sanatsal kullanımları, kısa ve öz anlatımları, estetik olarak etkileme gücüyle öne çıkan bir türdür. Şiire ait bu özelliklerin yabancı dil derslerine aktarılması dil öğretime katkılar sağlayacaktır. Ayrıca şiirin kendine has özellikleri sayesinde daha kalıcı öğrenmelerin gerçekleştirilmesi de olasıdır. Öğrencilerin metinsel ve dilbilgisel olarak seviyesine uygun seçilmiş, dersle ilişiği iyi kurgulanmış ve planlanmış, öğrencilerin ilgisini çekebilecek şiirler yabancı dil öğretiminde gerek öğrenilenleri pekiştirmeye gerekse yeni öğrenmeler sağlamaya yardımcı olacaktır. Bunlara ilaveten, öğrencide eleştirel bakış açısının oluşturulmasında, yaratıcı yazma becerisinin gelişmesinde, okuma duyarlılığının artmasında da şiir faydalı olacaktır. Seçilecek yazınsal metinler, öğrenmenin sağlanmasında bir araç olacağı için mümkün oldukça günümüze ait yapıtlar olmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, yabancı dil olarak Arapça öğretiminde şiirin nasıl kullanılabileceğine dair etkinlikler ders planları üzerinden örneklendirilmiştir.

The methods and techniques of foreign language teaching vary according to the changing needs and needs of the people. Depending on the desire and the renewal of these needs, literary texts also stand out as being the main source of foreign language. Literary texts have an important place in foreign language teaching, both in mother tongue and in foreign language. In the acquisition of the learned foreign language culture, it is clear that the course is an important contributor to student-centered processing in an active and entertaining environment, the development of language levels of students, the formation of intercultural interaction, and the formation of a communication environment in the classroom. As literary texts to be selected will be a means of ensuring the learner, it should be as diverse as possible. Poetry, one of the oldest species in literary texts, is a kind that stands out with its own language composition, artistic uses, short and self expression, aesthetic influence. The transfer of these features belonging to poetry to foreign language courses will provide language teaching contributions. It is also possible to realize more permanent learning through its unique characteristics of poetry. Poetry that is appropriately selected according to the textual and grammatical level of the students, well-designed and planned in relation to the learner, and attracts the interest of the students will help to provide new learning in foreign language teaching. In addition to this, poetry will also be useful in the development of critical thinking in the student, in the development of creative writing skills, and in the increase of reading sensitivity. In this study, activities on how to use poetry in teaching Arabic as a foreign language are illustrated through the lesson plans.
