Abstract:

This study, which aims to determine the relationship of the level of feedback of the school directors with the level of professional qualification of the teachers of guidance, included 142 teachers who work in the educational institutions associated with the Ministry of Education of İzmir or the National Education. The research was carried out in the screening model. The data required for the research was collected through the information form developed by the researcher, the scale developed by Balcı and Özkan, the School Director’s feedback scale and the psychological consultant’s ability perception scale developed by Taytaş and Tanhan. The results derived from the data analyzed by SPSS are: There is no statistically meaningful relationship between the level of feedback of the school managers and the level of professional qualification of the guide teachers. The level of feedback of school managers does not show significant differences in the gender, age, vocational age, educational status, number of participation in service education, time of work with the current school manager and the problem life variations with the school administration. The level of feedback of school managers shows differences in the way that teachers will be in favour of the school managers and the school managers without problems in the problem life change. The level of professional qualification of the guidelines teachers does not show significant differences in the gender, age, professional age, educational status, number of participation in service education, time of work with the current school manager, school manager and the problem life and school administration and the problem life variations.
