Abstract:

In Turkey, a topic that has determined the direction of politics for years has begun to be added as a problem, especially after urbanization, the conservatory women have become more visible as a result of their opening to the public space. While seen as a obstacle in the way of modernization, prohibition attempts and discussions in different periods have led to a real ban. With the formal prohibition of her presence, the visibility of women in universities and public institutions has always remained hot in the public’s agenda. The main topic of this study, prepared under the name "Problem of the craving in Turkey and European countries", is to study the developments, causes and consequences of the craving ban in Turkey and some European countries in the public area. The purpose of the research is to prove that the ban is not a social problem, but it is a problem in the political field. Finally, it was not a social problem but a political symbol that the chroniced prohibition of the peer-to-peer has come out to be a political problem in 2013 with the democratization package. To analyze this phenomenological issue, literary scans were conducted by examining the research and scientific works of some civil society organizations, associations and research companies from written sources, and these works were comparable in the historical process.
