Çalışmanın amacı; ortaokul öğretmenlerinin iletişim becerileri ile örgu¨tsel sinizm düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada genel tarama modellerinden betimsel nitelikte ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. The purpose of the study is to study the relationship between the teachers’ communication skills and the levels of archaeological sinism. In the study, a relative scan model was used in a visual nature from general scan models. The study’s work group consists of 301 teachers selected by a simple, unselected method from the teachers who worked in the 2017-2018 educational year in the official secondary schools in the small-scale district of Istanbul.
