Abstract:

It has been understood for a long time as one of the fields of work of private enterprises that crisis management practices are also a matter of vital importance for public institutions, especially in recent years and many cases that have a negative impact on the large public masses in the material and spiritual sense, and the crisis management has become one of the important work subjects of the public administration discipline. As the expectations regarding the quality of the service provided by public institutions are rising and through the media and every event can be reacted by hearing even in the points of your country in the present day, it has become an obligation that all the organs of the state are prepared for crises. The United States is one of the most important countries in the field of crisis management, whether it is theoretical or practical. The organization of crisis management in this country, which can be considered the pioneers of work and structure related to crisis management, despite the country’s width and complexity of political structure, is extremely understandable and clearly created in terms of task sharing. In addition, it is worth taking the example despite some disadvantages that can occur in this organization practice, where all the responsibility is not charged by the state and where the universities need private sector and the important simple citizens are also active actors.
