Bu çalışma, otel işletmelerinde görev yapan işgörenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşme sürecinde, yöneticilerin görevlerini ne ölçüde gerçekleştirdiklerinin ortaya konulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde görev yapan 882 işgörene, "Örgütsel Sosyalleşmede Yönetici Etkisinin Belirlenmesine Yönelik Soru Kağıdı" uygulanmıştır. Soru kağıdı üzerinde, örgütsel sosyalleşme sürecinde yöneticilerinin görevlerine ilişkin algılarının tespit edilmesi amacıyla frekans, yüzde ve aritmetik ortalama değerleri dikkate alınmış, işgörenlerin düşüncelerinde cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amacıyla da t-testi uygulanmış ve işgörenlerin algıları arasında cinsiyetlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
