Kültürel ve sportif hareketler, dünya çapında spor müzelerinin kurulmasına yol açmıştır. Bu yönleriyle, 19. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru ortaya çıkan spor müzeciliğinin, çağdaş ülkelerdeki görünümlerine bakıldığında, Fransa Nice Ulusal Spor Müzesi’nin de bunlardan biri olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Fransa Nice Ulusal Spor Müzesi’ni ziyaret eden Türk ziyaretçilerinin müze defterine yazdıkları cümlelerden yola çıkarak, spor müzesine yönelik algılarını ve deneyimlerini değerlendirmektir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemi esas alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada tarama yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler ve mevcut bir dokümanın (müze ziyaret defterinin) çeşitli ölçütler ışığında incelenmesi amaçlandığından doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın veri kaynağını, 1-31 Temmuz 2017 tarihleri arasında Fransa Nice Ulusal Spor Müzesi’ni ziyaret ederek, ziyaretçi defterine görüş ve duygularını yazan toplam 18 Türk ziyaretçi oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda müzeye gelip, duygu ve düşüncelerini müze defterinde ifade eden Türk ziyaretçilerin yazdıkları incelenmiştir. Çalışmada toplanan veriler betimsel analiz tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Fransa Nice Ulusal Spor Müzesi’nde ziyaretçi defterine yazı yazan Türk ziyaretçilerinin, spor müzeciliği konusuna ilgi duydukları ancak yine aynı konularda bilgi eksiklikleri olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca Türkiye’de olimpik ya da ulusal bir spor müzesi olmamasından duydukları üzüntüyü dile getirdikleri tespit edilmiştir.
Cultural and sports movements have led to the establishment of sports museums worldwide. With these aspects, considering the appearances of the sports museum that appeared to the end of the 19th century in contemporary countries, it seems that the French National Sports Museum of Nice is one of them. The aim of this study is to evaluate their perceptions and experiences of the French National Sports Museum, based on the sentences of Turkish visitors visiting the National Sports Museum of Nice, in the museum book. The research method is based on the research method. In the research, the data obtained by the scan method and the existing document (the museum visit book) are intended to be studied in light of various standards, the document analysis method was used. The data source of the study, from 1 to 31 July 2017, is a total of 18 Turkish visitors who have visited the French National Sports Museum in Nice, writing their opinions and feelings on the visitors' register. In this context, the Turkish visitors who came to the museum and expressed their feelings and thoughts in the museum book were examined. The data collected in the study was analyzed using the imagistic analysis technique. The study concluded that Turkish visitors who wrote in the visitors’ book at the National Sports Museum of Nice in France were interested in the subject of sports music, but there was a lack of information on the same subject. They also expressed their regret that there was no Olympic or national sports museum in Turkey.
