Bu araştırmanın amacı, örgütsel destek algısı ve işe angaje olma düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek, örgütsel destek algısı ile işe angaje olmanın demografik faktörler açısından farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın hedef evreni, Mersin ili Tarsus ilçesine bağlı hastane ve aile sağlığı merkezlerinde çalışanlardan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen, 4 hastane ve 5 aile sağlığı merkezinde farklı birimlerde çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır (n=142). Çalışmada veri toplamak amacıyla Eisenberger vd. (1986) tarafından geliştirilen tarafından geliştirilen “Algılanan Örgütsel Destek Ölçeği” ile Schaufeli vd. (2002) tarafından geliştirilen “İşe angaje olma ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 23 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Veri analizlerinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler (frekans, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma), bağımsız gruplarda t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), korelasyon analizi ile basit regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, algılanan örgütsel destek ile işe angaje olma arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ve sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının işe angaje olmalarının %25 oranında algılanan örgütsel destek düzeylerine bağlı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. ________________________________________
The aim of this study is to study the relationship between the perception of organizational support and the level of engagement, to identify whether the perception of organizational support and the engagement differ from the demographic factors. The target universe of the study consists of employees in the Mersin or Tarsus district-related hospitals and family health centers. The sampling of the study is made up of employees in different units in 4 hospitals and 5 family health centers, which are easily selected by the sampling method (n=142). Eisenberger vd to collect data in the study. Schaufeli vd. with the "Invented Organizational Support Scale" developed by (1986) It was developed by the "Employment Engagement Scale" (2002). For the analysis of the data, SPSS 23 package program was used. In data analysis, identifying statistics (frequency, arithmetic average, standard deviation), t test in independent groups, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA), correlation analysis and simple regression analysis have been used. The study found that there was a positive meaningful relationship between the organizational support and employment and that the employment of healthcare workers was 25% dependent on the organizational support levels that were perceived. by admin by admin by admin by admin
