Dikkat Eksikligi Hiperaktivite Bozuklugu Ile Orgutsel Baglilik Arasindaki İliski

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, dikkat eksikliği hiperaktivite bozukluğu ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. DEHB ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiye yönelik araştırma İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren çeşitli sektörlerde çalışan mavi ve beyaz yakalı işgörenlerle gerçekleştirilmiştir. 275 gönüllüden elde edilen verilerden 11 adeti uç veri barındırdığından analizler 264 geçerli anket üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucu dikkat eksikliği hiperaktivite bozukluğu ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğunun alt boyutlarının örgütsel bağlılığın alt boyutlarından duygusal ve normatif bağlılık ile negatif yönde anlamlı ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir. Sadece devam bağlılığı ile pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişki sergilediği saptanmıştır. Örgütsel bağlılığa alt boyutların etkisini belirlemek amaçlı gerçekleştirilen regresyon analizi sonuçları hiperaktivite alt boyutu ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında anlamlı ilişki saptanamamıştır. Dikkat eksikliği hiperaktivite bozukluğu ve örgütsel bağlılığın alt boyutlarının demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder and organizational commitment. The research on the relationship between the DEHB and organizational commitment has been carried out with blue and white captive employers working in various sectors that operate in the province of Istanbul. According to the survey, 11 of the data obtained from 275 volunteers contained final data, the analysis was carried out through 264 current surveys. As a result of the analyses carried out, a meaningful relationship between attention deficiency and hyperactivity disorder and organizational commitment has been found. The lower dimensions of attention deficiency and hyperactivity disorder from the lower dimensions of organizational commitment to emotional and normative commitment have been identified with a meaningful relationship in the negative direction. It has only been found that it has a positive relationship with continued commitment. The results of the regression analysis conducted in order to determine the impact of the subdimensions on the organizational commitment; the meaningful relationship between the subdimensions of hyperactivity and the organizational commitment has not been established. Attention deficiency Hyperactivity disorder and the lower dimensions of organizational commitment have been found to vary according to demographic variables.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and organizational commitment. According to the aim of the research, data was collected via survey method from 275 employees, 264 of them was appropriate and used in the analysis, who were working at diverse companies located in İstanbul, as a blue- and white-collar workers. In this respect, for data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis were used, and significant results were obtained. According to the results; there was a significant negative correlation between ADHD and Affective and Normative Commitment, and also; ADHD has positive correlation with Continuance Commitment. According to the regression analysis results, there was no significant relation between hyperactivity and organizational commitment. T-tests and Anova analysis indicated that, there were significant differences in demographic variables.
