In this study, it was tried to determine the leadership styles based on the multi-factorial leadership theory from the situational leadership theories and to determine the differences in the leadership style perceptions according to the working demographics. A private hospital was chosen as sample inAnkara/Çankaya. The survey was carried out in 2017 by applying a questionnaire to 154 healthcare employees. The averages of male employees showing that their superiors demonstrate their transformational and participatory leadership behaviors are higher than female employees. The averages of the administrative staff indicating that transformers and sustainable leadership behaviors of their tops are higher than nurses and patient advisors. Those who had an executive position in the institution stated that they had seen leadership behaviors that gave higher free hand to their superior than those who did not. The superiors of healthcare employees were found to be the most dominant types of leadership in the transformational (𝑋̅= 3,43) and sustainable (𝑋̅= 3,41) leadership types. Leadership approach that recognizes freedom (𝑋̅=2,78) is the least participatory leadership type. As a result, according to participation rates, it is seen that modern leadership behaviors are not adopted by superiors to subordinates.
