Abstract:

This study is aimed at studying the impact of the year of work on the job satisfaction in football coaches. The universe of the research is formed by football coaches located in Diyarbakır province in 2019-2020. The examples of the study include 100 coaches who have been actively trained in football and randomly selected in 2019-2020. For the purpose of determining the demographic information of the trainees involved in the study, the personal information form (citizen status, training status, year of work, type of license) in the second section, the Minnesota Business Doyum Scale is a fifth likert-type scale scored between 1-5 . In the scale score, I'm not satisfied; 1 point, I'm not satisfied; 2 points, I'm unsatisfied; 3 points, I'm satisfied; 4 points, I'm very satisfied; 5 points. There is no substance in the scale. The Minnesota Business Doyum Scale consists of 20 ingredients with characteristics that determine the internal, external and general saturation level. For the analysis of the data obtained in the study, the SPSS 22 package program was used and the % Frequency, Independent Samples T Test, One Way Anova Tests were applied. The level of significance is estimated as P<0,05. The findings obtained in the study found that football coaches involved in the study did not make significant differences in the lower dimensions of employment satisfaction in civil status, training status, year of work, type of license variables.by p<0.05. This study has found that football coach’s work year is less than normal and that the work year is not significant for football coach’s work year.
