Purpose - This study aims to develop by testing the validity and reliability of the consumer-oriented "Geographically marked Products Purchase Attitude Scale". Method - In 2019, a total of three separate working groups and 550 consumers conducted in this study first scaned the area and tested the scope and appearance of the data by applying to the expert opinions. Results - Pre-application has shown that the scale carried out with 60 substances is made up of a total of 3 dimensions and 33 substances as a result of the opening factor analysis (AFA). The total variance load described in the AFA result is 53.46%. The subdimensions are the first dimension = Information Dimension (7 item described variance = 5.56); the second dimension = Emotional Dimension (15 item described variance = 41%. 06); the third dimension = Behavioral Dimension (11 article described variance = 6.84) is determined. In the final application of the measurement, the verifying factor analysis (DFA) showed the conclusion that the three-dimensional structure of the measurement was verified and achieved (χ2/sd=2.966, RMSEA=.077, SRMR=.075, CFI=.91, GFI=.90, AGFI=.92, NFI=.90, TLI=.90). For the measurement validity of the scale, the correlation indicators between the whole and the lower dimensions of the scale were calculated and the conclusion was that there was a high-level meaningful relationship between the dimensions of the scale. Internal consistency achieved in both the pre- and final application of the scale (Cronbach Alpha value .950) and two semi-test values (First and Second Cronbach Alpha values respectively .899 and . 923) indicates that the scale is highly reliable. As a result, this study has developed a "Geographically marked Product Purchase Attitude Scale" which can test consumer-oriented validity and reliability.
