Dilbilgisi öğretiminin amacı öğrencilerin temel dil becerilerini doğru ve eksiksiz bir şekilde kazanmalarına yardımcı olmak ve bireylere günlük hayatlarına yansıtabilecekleri dilbilgisi kurallarını sezdirmektir. Bu araştırmanın amacı da öğrencilerin yapılandırmacı anlayışa göre düzenlenmiş ortaokul Türkçe dilbilgisi öğrenme alanındaki konuları kavrayıp kavramadıklarının öğretmen görüşleri açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Bu doğrultuda, öğretmenlerin ortaokul Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı kapsamında yer alan dil bilgisi konularının öğrenciler tarafından anlaşılıp anlaşılmadığını betimlemelerini sağlayacak bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma için betimsel ve nicel bir tarama yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak iki bölümden oluşan bir anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formunun ilk bölümünde öğretmenlerin bazı kişisel bilgileri, okuttukları sınıf düzeyi ve çalıştıkları okul ile ilgili sorular yer alırken, ikinci bölümünde de araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan ve 46 maddeden oluşan likert tipinde beş dereceli bir ölçme aracı kullanılmıştır. Ölçekte yer alan ve “Hiç Katılmıyorum”, “Katılmıyorum”, “Kararsızım”, Katılıyorum”, “Tamamen Katılıyorum” şeklinde derecelendirilen maddeler sırasıyla 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 şeklinde puanlandırılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini, 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz döneminde Siirt merkez ve ilçelerindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan ve aktif olarak derse giren Türkçe öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi ise bu okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerden kolay ulaşabilme ve rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Anket maddelerinden eksik doldurulanlar ve maddeler cevaplanırken gerekli hassasiyet gösterilmeyenler ayıklandıktan sonra kalan 114’ünden veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler üzerinde yapılan güvenirlik çalışmasında anketin cronbach alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0,84 olarak bulunmuştur. The purpose of the language teaching is to help students accumulate their basic language skills in a correct and complete way and to inspire individuals with the rules of language that they can reflect in their daily lives. The purpose of this research is also to evaluate students from the point of view of teachers who understand or not understand the topics in the field of secondary Turkish language learning organized according to the structural understanding. In this direction, a study was conducted to enable teachers to describe whether the language knowledge subjects included in the middle school Turkish lesson teaching program are understood by students. A visual and quantitative scan method has been applied for the research. In the study, a survey form consisting of two sections was used as a data collection tool. The first part of the survey form contains some personal information of the teachers, the class level they study and questions about the school they work, while the second part also uses a five-degree measurement tool in the liquid type prepared by the researchers and composed of 46 items. The matters in the scale and classified in the form of "I'm Not Agree", "I'm Not Disagreed", "I'm Disagreed", "I'm Completely Agree" are scored in the form of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively. The universe of study is formed by Turkish teachers who work in the Siirt center and districts in the 2012-2013 educational and educational year and who actively enter classes. The examples are made by teachers that are easily accessible from teachers who work in these schools and by random sampling methods. The data collected from the remaining 114 after the removal of the missing filled and the material not shown the necessary sensitivity while answered. In a reliability study on the collected data, the chronbach alpha reliability ratio of the survey was 0.84. The purpose of grammar teaching is to help students acquire basic language skills accurately and completely and is to make them aware of the grammar rules which they may utilize in their daily life. The aim of this study is to assess the opinions of teachers about whether students comprehend or not the topics in elementary school Turkish grammar learning field which has been prepared according to constructivist approach or not. In this context, a research has been conducted; this research aims to help teachers to determine whether students comprehend or not the topics in elementary school Turkish grammar curriculum. A descriptive and quantitative scanning method has been applied for the study. In this study, a questionnaire consisting of two parts has been used as data collection tool. In the first part of the questionnaire there are questions regarding personal information of teachers, the grade of the class they teach and the schools they work. In the second part of the questionnaire a five-level likert-type assessment scale consisting of 46 items prepared by researchers has been used. The items “Strongly disagree”, “Do not agree”, “Undecided”, “Agree” and “Strongly agree” contained in the scale has been numbered as 1,2,3,4 and 5 respectively. Population of the research consists of Turkish language teachers actively working in all elementary schools of Siirt in the fall semester of 2012-2013 academic year. The sample consists of teachers who are selected from this population according to ease of accessibility and random sampling method. After eliminating those who have not finished the questionnaire and who have completed insensitively, the remaining 114 have been used for data collection. The cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the questionnaire has been found to be 0.84 as a result of the reliability study conducted on collected data.
