The aim of this study is to explain the opinions of school principals and the teachers about the leadership behaviors of the primary school administrators In the sample of research on survey model 318 teachers and 204 administrators that are working in the central towns of Ankara Research data have been gathered with ?The Leadership Questionnaire? developed by Bayrak 2001 On analyzing the data descriptive statistics ttest One Way ANOVA has been used According to the findings teachers and administrators thought that school administrators display ethical leadership behaviors the most frequently The opinions of the teachers and administrators about leadership behaviors of administrators differ according to the the task variable Administrators? opinions about leadership behaviors of school administrators; does not change according to age and gender change in dimension of educational visionary and transformational leadership according to promotion Teachers?opinions does not change according to gender; change in dimension of visionary leadership according to age; and change in dimension of educational and transformational leadership according to promotion
