This study aims to examine the technological leadership levels of school principals according to teachers' opinions. The descriptive survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the study. The research population consists of 635 teachers working in 16 state high schools in the Çerkezköy district of Tekirdağ province in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample consists of 348 teachers working in 8 state high schools. The "Technology Leadership Competencies Scale of Education Managers," which includes "National Educational Technology Standards for Managers" (NETS-A), was used to collect data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that teachers perceived the technology leadership of school principals at a "moderate" level. Teachers see school principals as the technological leader at the highest level in the digital citizenship sub-dimension and the lowest level in the systematic development sub-dimension. While teachers' perceptions of school principals' technological leadership did not differ significantly according to their gender, According to the seniority and age of the teachers, the perceptions of the school principals regarding their technological leadership differed significantly. Based on the research results, it is suggested that school principals review the current technological leadership standards and apply technological leadership together with the contemporary management approaches they will apply in their institutions.
