Amaç:Araştırma, hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin sağlık hukuku dersine yönelik düşüncelerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipte olan araştırma, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Bir Kamu üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümü 4.sınıfta öğrenim gören, "Sağlık hukuku ve Hemşirelik" dersi almış ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 80 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler literatür ışığında araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan ve demografik soruların da yer aldığı form ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi SPSS 22 programında sayı ve yüzde değerleri ile yapılmıştır.
Bulgular:Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 22±0.8’dir. Öğrencilerin %33'ü erkek, %67'si kadındır. Öğrencilerin %60'ı ders kapsamında hemşirelerin karşılaştığı hukuki sorunlara yönelik örnek vakaların artırılmasını ve hemşirelik yönetmeliğinin daha ayrıntılı incelenmesini belirtmişlerdir.
Sonuç: Öğrenciler Sağlık Hukuku dersi kapsamında; hemşirelik mesleğini doğrudan ya da dolaylı yoldan ilgilendiren tüm yasa ve yönetmelikleri öğrenmek istediklerini belirtmişlerdir. Dolayısıyla Sağlık Hukuku dersi kapsamında yer alan sağlık mevzuatının hemşirelik öğrencileri ve mezuniyet sonrası meslek yaşantıları için büyük önem arz ettiği söylenebilir.
The purpose: The research was carried out with the aim of evaluating the thoughts of nursing's final class students on the health law course.
The Method: The research, which is a defining type, was carried out with 80 students who studied in the 4th grade of the Department of Nursing of a Public University's Faculty of Health Sciences in the 2018-2019 academic year spring period, who took the "Health Law and Nursing" course and accepted to participate in the research. The data was collected in the form created by the researcher in the light of literature and included demographic questions. The data is evaluated by numbers and percentages in the SPSS 22 program.
The findings: The average age of students participating in the study is 22±0.8. 33% of students are men and 67% are women. 60% of students pointed to an increase in cases of legal problems that nurses encounter in the course of the course and to a more detailed study of the nursing regulations.
The result: Students indicate that in the course of Health Law they want to learn all the laws and regulations that directly or indirectly concern their nursing profession. Therefore, it can be said that the health legislation included in the Health Law course is of great importance for nursing students and postgraduate professional lives.
Purpose: The study was conducted to evaluate the opinions of senior nursing students towards the health law course.
Method: The descriptive study was conducted in the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year with 80 students who were studying at the 4th grade of a Public University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department, took the "Health Law and Nursing" course and accepted to participate in the study. The data were collected with a form created by the researcher in the light of the literature and including demographic questions. The evaluation of the data was made using the number and percentage values in the SPSS 22 program.
Findings: The average age of the students participating in the study is 22 ± 0.8. 33% of the students are male and 67% are female. 60% of the students stated that the sample cases regarding the legal problems faced by nurses should be increased and the nursing regulations should be examined in more detail.
Result: Students within the scope of Health Law course; They stated that they wanted to learn all laws and regulations that directly or indirectly concern the nursing profession. Therefore, it can be said that the health legislation within the scope of the Health Law course is of great importance for nursing students and their professional life after graduation.
