Bu araştırmada Samsun il merkezindeki Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlere göre okul müdürlerinin yönetici yeterlikleri ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki belirlenmiştir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın hedef evrenini Samsun il merkezinde yer alan Atakum, Canik ve İlkadım ilçelerinde 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan 2168 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini bu ilçelerdeki 401 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Okul Müdürlerinin Yeterlikleri Ölçeği” ve “Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Okul müdürlerinin yönetici yeterlikleri ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi bulmak için Pearson korelasyon analizi; cinsiyet, medeni durum, yöneticilik yapma, yaş değişkenleri için t-testi; kıdem ve alan değişkenlerinde ANOVA kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına bakıldığında, okul müdürleri yönetici olarak yeterli ve öğretmenler psikolojik olarak dayanıklıdır. Yönetici yeterliklerinde öğretmenler en az kavramsal yeterlik, en fazla teknik yeterlik alt boyutlarına katılmışlardır. Psikolojik dayanıklılıkta öğretmenler en az kontrol, en fazla meydan okuma alt boyutlarına katılmışlardır. Cinsiyet, kıdem, alan, medeni durum ve yöneticilik yapıp yapmama değişkenlerinde, yönetici yeterlikleri ve psikolojik dayanıklılığa ilişkin öğretmenlerin algıları anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir. 41 yaş ve üstü öğretmenler, 40 yaş ve altı öğretmenlere göre psikolojik olarak daha kontrollü ve daha dayanıklıdır. Okul müdürlerinin yönetici yeterlikleri ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri arasında anlamlı, pozitif ve düşük düzeyde bir ilişki vardır. En yüksek ilişki kendini adama ile yönetici yeterlikleri toplam ve alt boyutları arasında çıkmıştır. En yüksek ilişki kendini adama ile insancıl yeterlikler arasında çıkmıştır. En düşük ilişki meydan okuma, kontrol ile yönetici yeterlikleri toplam ve alt boyutları arasında çıkmıştır.
In this study, teachers working in the official secondary schools associated with the Ministry of National Education in the center of Samsun have determined the relationship between the managerial skills of the school directors and the levels of psychological resilience of teachers. The research is in the relational scan model. The target universe of the research is formed by 2168 teachers who worked in the 2017-2018 educational year in the districts of Atakum, Canik and İlkadım located in the center of Samsun province. The study includes 401 teachers in these districts. The research data was collected using "Personal Information Form", "School Managers' Qualifications Scale" and "Psychological Resilience Scale". Pearson's correlation analysis to find the relationship between school managers' managerial qualifications and teachers' psychological resilience levels; gender, civil status, management, t-test for age variables; ANOVA has been used in age and field variables. In view of the research findings, school managers are sufficient as managers and teachers are psychically resilient. In the management qualifications, teachers have participated in the lower dimensions of the minimum conceptual qualification, the most technical qualification. In psychological resistance, teachers have participated in the lower dimensions of the least control, the most challenge. In the variables of gender, age, field, civic status and management, the perceptions of teachers about their managerial skills and psychological resilience are not significantly different. Teachers aged 41 and older are more psychically controlled and more resilient than teachers aged 40 and six. There is a meaningful, positive and low-level relationship between school managers’ managerial qualifications and teachers’ levels of psychological resilience. The highest relationship has come out between man and man’s overall and lower dimensions of managing skills. The highest relationship has come out between man and human skills. The lowest relationship has emerged between the challenge, control and managerial competencies in total and sub-dimensions.
The relationship between school principals' competencies and teachers’ psychological hardiness levels according to teachers working at public secondary schools was determined. Relational screening model was used. 401 teachers participated. "Personal Information Form", "School Principals' Competency" and "Psychological Hardiness" scales were used to collect data. Pearson correlation analysis to determine the relationship between principals’ competencies and teachers’ psychological hardiness levels; t-test for gender, marital status, age, and whether or not to be an administrator; ANOVA for seniority and field were used. According to findings, principals are sufficient and teachers are psychologically resilient. At sub - dimensions of principal competency, teachers have participated in the conceptual competence at least and technical competence at most. At sub - dimensions of psychological hardiness, they have participated in control at least and challenge at most. There is no significant difference between the principals’ competencies and the teachers’ psychological hardiness according to their perceptions in terms of gender, seniority, field, marital status and whether or not to be an administrator. 41 years old and over teachers are more controlled and durable than 40 years old and under teachers. There is a significant, positive and low level relationship between principals' competencies and teachers’ psychological hardiness. The highest relationship is between self - devotion and at total and sub - dimensions of principal competencies. The highest relationship is between self - devotion and humanistic competencies. The lowest relationship is between challenge and control and at total and sub - dimensions of principal competencies.
