Abstract:

In this study, it is aimed to reveal the relationships between transformational leadership, organizational innovativeness and organizational creativity. Relationships between variables were carried out using a questionnaire with 204 employees of a private company operating in the energy sector. The surveys were collected as of February 3, 2020 and the data began to be evaluated on February 16, 2020. In the study, the relationships between variables were examined using correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, organizational innovativeness and organizational creativity have a positive and significant effect on the perception of transformative leadership. In order fort he study give better outcome, the sub-dimensions (for transformational leadership charismaticism, intellectual incentive, individual attention, inspiration, for organizational innovation behavioral innovativeness, product/service innovation, market innovaiton, process innovaiton, strategic innovativeness, for organizational creativitiy individual creativitiy, executive creativitiy and social creativitiy) that make up variables were also incorporate in analysis and evaluated and construe with in this way.In this study, it was understood that organizational innovation and creativity activity and transformative leadership behaviors are in a parallel relationship with each other. Moreover, this study sheds light on both practitioners and researchers who will conduct research in different sectors and on similar subjects.
