Politik kayırmacılık, insanlar arasında haksız menfaat kazanılmasına sebep olan bir olgu ve arzu edilmeyen bir durum olarak görülmektedir. Bunun en önemli nedeniyse politik kayırmacılığın insanların adalete olan inançlarının zayıflamasına, hatta yitirilmesine yol açabilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, politik kayırmacılık ile örgütsel adalet olguları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek suretiyle çalışanların politik kayırmacılığa ilişkin algılarının örgütsel adalet algıları üzerinde nasıl bir etkiye sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, Türkiye’de Bayburt ilindeki toplam 200 kamu çalışanı üzerinde ankete dayalı bir araştırma yürütülmüştür. Katılımcılardan elde edilen verilere gerekli analizlerin uygulanmasının ardından, politik kayırmacılığın örgütsel adalet ve onun alt boyutları (dağıtımsal adalet, işlemsel adalet, etkileşimsel adalet) üzerinde anlamlı ve negatif yönlü etkilere sahip olduğu sonuçlarına varılmıştır.

Political scam is seen as a fact and an unwanted situation that causes unfair interest among people. The main reason for this is that political misconduct can lead to the weakening or even loss of people’s beliefs in justice. The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between political misconduct and organizational justice facts and to show how workers’ perceptions of political misconduct have an impact on organizational justice perceptions. For this purpose, a survey based on an investigation was carried out on a total of 200 public employees in the Bayburt province in Turkey. After the necessary analysis of the data obtained from the participants, the conclusions were made that political misconduct had meaningful and negative effects on organizational justice and its subdimensions (distributed justice, processual justice, interactive justice).

Political favoritism is seen as a phenomenon and an undesirable situation that causes unfair benefits among people. The most important reason for this is that political favoritism can lead to the weakening or even loss of people's belief in justice. The main purpose of this study is to reveal how employees' perceptions of political favoritism have an effect on their perceptions of organizational justice by examining the relationship between political favoritism and organizational justice phenomena. For this purpose, a survey-based research was conducted on a total of 200 public servants in Bayburt, Turkey. After applying the necessary analyzes to the data obtained from the participants, it was concluded that political favoritism had significant and negative effects on organizational justice and its sub-dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice).
