Abstract:

In this study, the effects of saponin enriched (SZÇE) extract, which is added to mixed foods, on the performance, carcass properties, blood parameters, and mortality rates in Japanese bulbs exposed to cold stress were studied. In total, 90 pieces of 15 day bits are divided into 3 groups with 3 wheels, with 10 bits in each wheel. The initial living weights of all groups are balanced. The gender ratio in the groups is arranged to be 10 men and 20 women. The bricks are stored in the wire cafes in the temperature-controlled rooms during the work period. The control group that consumed the basic food based on Egypt and soya cabbage and the groups added to the basic food 50 and 100 ppm SZÇE formed the SZÇE-50 and SZÇE-100 groups. The study lasted 15-43 days. At the end of the test, there was no difference between the groups in terms of performance, carcass characteristics, mortality rate, serum low-intensity lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, alanin aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels (P>0.05). Serum glucose (P<0.01), uric acid (P<0.01), triglyceride (P<0.05), lowest levels in terms of total cholesterol (P<0.05) and high-intensity lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (P<0.01) are determined to be the highest levels in the SZCE-50 group. As a result, it has been found that the doses used in this study do not affect performance, carbs and mortality in a positive or negative way, but that the 50 ppm doses of the SCHE positively affect some blood parameters.
