So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ergenlerin siber zorbalık eğilimlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2014-2015 eğitim-öğretim yılında Bursa ili Karacabey ilçesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 300 lise öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Çetin, Yaman ve Peker (2011) tarafından geliştirilen ‘Siber Mağdur ve Zorbalık Ölçeği’ kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde, cinsiyet için ilişkisiz örneklemler t-testi; sınıf düzeyi için tek yönlü  varyans analizi testi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılaşmanın oluştuğu ve ergenlerin siber zorbalıklarının cinsiyete göre erkeklerin lehine anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı görülmüş, sınıf düzeyine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılaşma olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmalardan elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda tartışma yapılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify the tendencies of cyber harassment in adolescents. The sample of the study is made up of 300 high school students who are studying in the Bursa or Karacabey district in the 2014-2015 educational year. The research has used the ‘Cyber Victims and Violence Scale’ developed by Ketin, Yaman and Peker (2011) as a data collection tool. In the analysis of the obtained data, the non-related samples for gender were tested; the one-way variance analysis test for class level was performed. The study found that there was a significant differentiation according to gender and that adolescents’ cyber harassment varied significantly in favor of men according to gender and that there was no significant differentiation according to class level. The findings from the research were discussed and proposed.
