So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Örgütsel sinizm genel olarak çalışanların kurumlarına karşı negatif tutumlarını ifade etmektedir. Örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ise gönüllülüğe dayalı işgören davranışlarını ifade eden pozitif tutumlar şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişkinin yönünü ve ne düzeyde olduğunu tespit etmektir. Ayrıca kurum içerisinde örgütsel sinizm tutumunun azaltılmasında örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının ne kadar etkili olduğunu ortaya çıkarmaktır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda örgütsel sinizm tutumunun azaltılmasında, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının etkisi olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract:

Organizational sinism generally expresses the negative attitudes of employees towards their institutions. Organizational citizenship behavior is defined as a positive attitude that expresses the employer behavior based on volunteering. The aim of this study is to identify the direction and the level of the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational sinism. It also shows how effective the organizational citizenship behavior is in the reduction of the organizational sinism attitude within the institution. The research has shown that in reducing organizational sinism attitude, organizational citizenship behavior has been influenced.
