TÜRKÇE DERS KİTAPLARININ DİSİPLİNLER ARASILIK BAĞLAMINDA İNCELENMESİ: 6. SINIF ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada 6.Sınıf Türkçe ders kitabından seçilmiş olan iki metnin, disiplinler arası olanaklar bakımından hangi disiplinlerle ilişki içerisinde oldukları incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden temel nitel araştırma deseni uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından yayınlanmış 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarında bulunan Millî Kültür temasındaki metinlerden Anadolu adlı şiir ve Tarhananın Öyküsü adlı makale metinleri oluşturmaktadır. Veriler doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde belirlenen iki metnin hazırlık, görsel ve etkinlikler kısımları disiplinler arasılık bakımından incelenmiştir. Verilerin güvenliği araştırmacı görüşlerine, tespit edilen disiplinlere ait branş öğretmenlerinin ve alan uzmanlarının (İngilizce, Sosyal Bilgiler, T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük, Fen Bilimleri, Müzik, Görsel Sanatlar, Beden Eğitimi ve Spor, Bilişim Teknolojileri, Drama, Düşünme Eğitimi, Medya Okuryazarlığı) görüşleri alınarak sağlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, metinlerin en fazla Sosyal Bilgiler disipliniyle ilişki içerisinde olduğu görülmüştür. Bu disiplini Beden Eğitimi ve Spor disiplini takip etmiştir.  En az ilişki kurulan disiplinler Görsel Sanatlar, Fen Bilimleri, Müzik, Düşünme Becerileri ve Drama disiplinleri olmuştur. İngilizce, T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük, Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Medya Okuryazarlığı disiplinlerine ise hiç rastlanmamıştır.

In this study, the two texts selected from the 6th Class Turkish curriculum have been studied with which disciplines are related in terms of interdisciplinary possibilities. The research method is based on the basic research methods. The universe of research is formed by the text on the topic of the National Culture in the 6th class Turkish curriculum books published by the Ministry of Education and the article text called Anatolia and Tarhanan's Story. The data is collected through the method of document examination. The preparation, visual and activity parts of the two texts identified in the research process have been studied in terms of interdisciplinary. Data security researchers’ opinions, branch teachers and field experts of the identified disciplines (English, Social Information, T.C. It is provided by taking the views of History and Atatürkçülük, Science, Music, Visual Arts, Body Education and Sports, Information Technologies, Drama, Thought Education, Media Reading. The research has found that texts are most related to the social knowledge discipline. This discipline was followed by body education and sports discipline.  The least related disciplines have been the Visual Arts, Science, Music, Thinking Skills and Drama disciplines. The English, T.C. The history of the Inkilep and the Atatürkçülük, the information technology and the media reading disciplines have never been found.

In this research, the two texts selected from the 6th grade Turkish textbook are examined to find out which disciplines are in relationships in terms of interdisciplinary possibilities. In the research, the basic qualitative research design, one of the qualitative research methods, is applied. The universe of the research consists of the texts chosen from the theme of National Culture - a poem named Anadolu and an article named Tarhananın Öyküsü -  in the 6th grade Turkish textbooks published by the Ministry of National Education. Data are collected by document analysis method. During the research process, the preparatory, visual and activities parts of the two selected texts are examined in terms of interdisciplinarity. The accuracy of the data is ensured by taking the opinions of the researchers and the branch teachers of the preferred disciplines (English, Social Studies, Turkish Revolution History and Kemalism, Science and Technology, Music, Visual Arts, physical education and sports Information Technologies, Drama, Thinking Education, Media Literacy). As a result of the research, it is seen that the texts are mostly in relation with the Social Studies discipline. This discipline is followed by the discipline of Physical Education and Sports. The least related disciplines are Visual Arts, Science and Technology, Music, Thinking Education and Drama. There aren’t any relationships with the disciplines of English, Turkish Republic Revolution History and Kemalism, Information Technologies and Media Literacy.
