Sağlık ilgili haberler yapan muhabir, sağlıkla ilgili tüm bilgileri halka eksiksiz ve doğru vermeyi amaçlar. Kişilere bire bir dokunan sağlık haberlerinin hedef kitlesi de oldukça geniştir. Etik kurallar ihlal edilmedikçe ortaya çok faydalı bilgiler çıkmaktadır. Sağlık okuyucuları, haberlerden yaşam tarzlarına birçok şey katabilmektedir. Günümüzde sağlık haberleri sadece sağlık personellerinin ilgisini çeker tarzında bir yapıda olmayıp toplumun her kesimi için çok değerli bir yapıdadır. İzmir’de sağlık haberciliğinin yazılı basında sorunlara rağmen önemli bir okuyucu kitlesi olduğu görülmektedir. Gazeteciliğin çeşitli alanlarında kurumalar yok olsa da sağlık haberciliği devamlılığını korumaktadır. Bu çalışmada İzmir’de Basın İlan Kurumu’na bağlı gazeteler üzerinden inceleme yapılarak, sağlık haberciliği konusunda değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
The journalist who makes health-related news aims to provide all the information about health to the public in complete and accurate terms. The target audience of health news that touch people is quite widespread. Unless the ethical rules are violated, there is a very useful information. Health readers can add many things from news to their lifestyle. Today, health news is not only in a structure that attracts the interest of health staff, but is in a very valuable structure for every section of society. The health news in Izmir, despite the problems in the written press, seems to be an important audience of readers. Despite the disappearance of institutions in various fields of journalism, health news continues. This study was conducted through the press reporting agency in Izmir, assessing the health information.
