Makalede genel hatlarıyla Osmanlı kıraat ilmi eserleri kaleme alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda sırasıyla yedi ve on, yediyi ona tamamlayan üç ve şâz kıraatler olarak bilinen dört kıraat, resm-i mushâf, vakf-ibtidâ, kıraat ilmiyle alakalı bazı usûl meselelerinin yanı sıra isnâd ve tabakât ile addü’l-ây mevzularına değinilmiştir. Makalenin yazımında Osmanlı kıraat eserlerinden söz konusu başlıklar altında bir araya getirilebilen eserler aynı başlıkta değerlendirmeye tabi tutularak, konuyla alakalı birtakım yargılara varılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı Osmanlı kıraat eserlerinin genel özelliklerini ortaya koymaktır. Diğer bir gaye ise Osmanlı’da bahsi geçen alanda telif edilen eserleri açığa çıkarmak suretiyle bu sahada çalışma yapmak isteyenlere alan açmaktır. Araştırmanın sonucunda Osmanlı kıraat eserlerinin birçoğunun yedi ve on kıraate yönelik ele alındığı, bazı teliflerin kıraatin usûlü denilebilecek kâideleriyle alakalı yazıldığı, ayrıca isnâd ve tabakâtle ilgili de eser kaleme alındığı neticesine varılmıştır. Araştırmada ulaşılan bir diğer sonuç Osmanlı kıraat eserlerinin daha önceki birikim üzerine bina edildiği ve önceki kıraat eserleriyle alakalı telif edildiğidir.
In the article, the general lines of the Ottoman Kiraat scientists have been taken into account. In the writing of the article, the works that can be collected under the topical titles of the Ottoman Kiraat works are subject to the same title assessment, and a number of judgments related to the subject have been reached. The purpose of the research is to reveal the general characteristics of the Ottoman crater works. The other one is to open the space for those who want to work in this field by revealing the works written in the Ottoman area mentioned. The study concluded that many of the Ottoman crash works were addressed to seven and ten crashes, some of the authors were written in relation to the crashes that could be called the crashes, and also the crashes that were taken in relation to the crashes and the crashes. Another outcome in the study is that the Ottoman crater works were built on previous accumulation and copied related to the previous crater works.
