So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Lise öğrencilerinin başarılarının önündeki engellerden birisi de kendini sabote etme eğilimidir. Kendini sabote etme eğilimi kişilerin performansları üzerinde olumsuz etki oluşturmaktadır. Bu sebeple bu çalışmanın amacı, lise öğrencilerinin kendini sabote etme eğilimi ile bazı demografik değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeline uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Kendini Sabotaj Ölçeği (Akın, 2012) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu ise 780 lise öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma bulguları lise öğrencilerinde kendini sabote etme eğilimi ile sınıf düzeyi ve algıladıkları akademik başarı durumuna göre anlamlı farklılaşma olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract:

One of the obstacles to high school students’ success is the tendency to sabotage themselves. The tendency to sabotage itself has a negative impact on the performance of people. Therefore, the aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the tendency of high school students to sabotage themselves and some demographic variables. For this purpose, the research is designed in accordance with the relative scan model. The Personal Information Form and Self-Sabotage Scale (Akın, 2012) were used as a data collection tool. The research group consists of 780 high school students. Research findings show that high school students tend to sabotage themselves with a significant differentiation according to class level and the state of academic success they perceive.
