Abstract:

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the organizational socialization and life satisfaction levels of pre-school teachers. In this scope, the research has been carried out with 110 pre-school teachers working in schools associated with the Ministry of National Education located in Sanlıurfa or Siverek district. For the purpose of gathering data; to access the necessary information about teachers, the Personal Information Form, the Organizational Socialization Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale have been used to determine the levels of teachers’ organizational socialization, and to determine the levels of life satisfaction. The data was analyzed according to the number of categories of independent variables, with t test for independent samples and one-way variance analysis (ANOVA). In meaningful differences, the Scheffe test was used to study the group differences. Relationships between variables have been studied by the Pearson Moment Relationship Correlation Score. The study found that teachers’ age and civic status did not make a significant difference between their organizational socialization levels and their living satisfaction levels (p>0,05). The research also found that teachers have a positive and weak relationship between their organizational socialization levels and their life-doyumuu levels. At the end of the study, the results were presented according to the results.
