Abstract:

Individual loans are loans given by commercial banks they use as household needs, housing and vehicle loans. E-commerce is the process of moving the market mechanism to the internet environment. In the e-commerce environment, can reach more customers, while customers can reach more products and learn more about the products. In this study, in particular in Turkey, the impact of e-commerce use on household spending has been studied in individual loans in particular. As a result of the causal relationship analysis, strong causes between demand loans and e-commerce, housing loans and e-commerce were identified, while strong relationships between vehicle loans and e-commerce were not identified.
