Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, Kayseri’deki özel bir hastanenin poliklinik hizmetlerinden yararlanan 185 hastayla yapılan yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla elde edilen verilerle, hizmet kalitesi, algılanan değer, hasta tatmini ve davranışsal niyetler arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Özellikle özel hastanelerin, hizmet kalitesi, algılanan değer, hasta tatmini ve davranışsal niyetler arasındaki bağlantıları bilmeleri gerekir. Çünkü, bu bilgiler, sağlık hizmeti sunan kuruluşların daha etkin stratejiler geliştirmesine yardımcı olur. Araştırmada, toplanan verilere faktör analizi ve regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan regresyon analizleri sonucunda yukarıda belirtilen faktörler arasında önemli ilişkiler olduğu bulunmuştur
