So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Doktorların çalışma ortamlarına ilişkin algıları onların çalıştıkları kuruma karşı tutumlarını ve sundukları sağlık hizmetinin kalitesini etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, kamu bünyesinde hizmet veren bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan doktorların çalışma yaşam kalitesi, örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyetlerinin saptanması ve çalışma yaşam kalitesinin örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma bir üniversite hastanesinde gerçekleştirilmiş, doktorların tamamından veri toplanması hedeflenmiş, çalışmada gönüllülük esasına uygun olarak 173 doktordan anket aracılığıyla veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda çalışma yaşam kalitesi arttıkça örgütsel bağlılığın arttığı (R2=0,172, p<0,05) ve çalışma yaşam kalitesi arttıkça işten ayrılma niyetinin azaldığı saptanmıştır (R2=0,171, p<0,05).

The perceptions of doctors about the working environments affect their attitudes towards the institution they work and the quality of the health care they provide. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of work life, organizational commitment and intentions of the doctors working in a public university hospital, and determine the impact of the work quality of life on organizational commitment and intentions of the job. The research was carried out in a university hospital, aimed at collecting data from all doctors, the study collected data through the survey from 173 doctors according to the essence of volunteering. The analysis of the data obtained in the study found that the quality of work life increased, the organizational commitment increased (R2=0,172, p<0,05) and the quality of work life increased, the desire to leave work decreased (R2=0,171, p<0,05).
