Abstract:

The reconstruction studies have been started on the courses that have an important role in all levels of educational system. Both the political process about the employment of teachers who worked in courses and the alternatives of systematic procedures that will be pursued has been determined by Ministry of Education. Determining how the regulations related to the politics that ministry pursue are seen in educational system has a vital role in the success of alternatives because of the great quantity that students who take the courses in the transformation process. As a respect, in this study the school administrators’ views on this transformation process are taken based on the topics that private courses transformed into formal education foundations and the regulations on the employment of educational staff. As a qualitative research, fact science design is used. The study group was made up of 48 school managers mastering in a postgraduate program without thesis at the Education Management Inspection Planning and Economy Department of Fırat University Institute of Education Sciences. Content analysis method is done for the data analysis. Interview forms consisting of three questions are prepared to take the opinions of school managers as a consequence of analyses which are done, it is seen that the need for courses cannot disappear as far as there is no radical change in examination system.
