Anadolu -Mezopotamya arasinda uluslararasi ticaretin gelistigi Asur Ticaret Kolonle ri Devrinde, Anadolu’da Eski Asur Devletini temsilen bulunan bazi görevlilerin varligini Kültepe metinlerinden ögrenmis bulunuyoruz. Bu kolonilerin merkezi durumunda olan Kaniš karumunda bulunan en üst düzey görevli ile buna bagli olarak diger kolonilerdeki memurlarin yetki ve görevleri incelenerek bu yazimizda ele alinmistir. Asur kolonilerinde görevli sahislarin farkli unvanlarla anilmasi söz konusu yerdeki ticaret merkezinin büyüklügünü ve önemini göstermektedir. Böylece tüm görevliler incelenmek suretiy le farkli sehirlerdeki koloni toplumunun durumunu da ögrenmis olmaktayiz
