Abstract:

Objective - The Limit Theory, one of the ways of process development, can be applied to all sectors, to all processes in a business. This study has been aimed at identifying how the decision-making process should be changed in order to prevent the increase in the rates of withdrawal from the individual pension system, with the application of the Thought Processes of the Limitation Theory. The limitations of the current situation that affect the rates of withdrawal from the individual pension system have been examined. Method - Theory of Limitations Thought Processes are applied to survey studies aimed at measuring the perception of the participants who are separated from the individual pension system carried out by the Pension Surveillance Center Research and Survey Center. 1 January 2019 – 3 January 2019. The survey was taken into account with 629 individual retirement participants between the dates of 2019. The findings - the root causes of departure from the system have been achieved and ideas have been revealed about how the limits will change and what will turn into. Discussions - Current situation Injections on how it can be destroyed by the Steam Cloud Tool, found by the Current Reality Tree from the tools in the Thought Processes. Goals are shown through the Tree of Future Reality. It is described in the Pre-Requirements and Transition Trees where what should be done against the potential negative effects that will be encountered can be reversed to the desired effect.
