Dünya ekonomisi son yıllarda bir duraklama dönemine girmiştir. Hatta bu durgunluk ticaret savaşlarına bile neden olurken, uluslararası ekonomik ilişkileri de sıkıntılı bir sürece sokmuştur. Görülen odur ki, dünya ekonomisinde teknoloji geliştirme hızı son yıllarda yavaşlarken, ekonomik aktivitelerde de yavaşlamalar ortaya çıkmıştır. Aslında bu duraklama, dünya ekonomisinin 20. Yüzyılın ikinci çeyreği ile başlayan süreçte gösterdiği gelişme düşünüldüğünde, normal karşılanması gerekir. Çünkü dünya ekonomisi açısından 1947 sonrası dönem hızlı bir büyümenin ve büyük ekonomik yapı değişimlerinin yaşandığı bir dönemdir. İşte bu noktada, bu makalede, dünya ekonomisinin II. Yaşanan bu değişimde iki önemli nokta vardır: Bunlardan birincisi, ürün ve üretimdeki etkinliği boyutuyla önem taşıyan elektronikte, nano-elektroniğe doğru büyük bir değişim yaşanmasıdır. Elektronik burada ekonominin arz karakteristiğini etkileyen teknik değişimin bir biçimi olarak görülmelidir. İkinci nokta ise bu değişimi de etkileme boyutuyla da önemli olan, toplumsal ve üretimsel eğitimin bu süreçte sergilediği gelişimdir. Makalede, bu etkenler üzerine odaklanılmış ve bu etkenlerin ekonomik süreçleri ve dünya ekonomisini nasıl etkilediği araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada bir yanda ekonomi ile ilgisi boyutuyla elektronikte değişim ve bu değişimin ekonomi üzerine etkileri saptanmaya çalışılırken, diğer yanda eğitim-beşeri sermaye ilişkisinde değişimin ekonomik gelişme ve uluslararası ticarete etkisi saptanmaya çalışılmıştır.

It is clear that the pace of technology development in the world economy has slowed in recent years, while economic activity has also slowed. In fact, this stop is the 20th of the world economy. This process depicts what the competition in today’s international markets is feeding from. 20 is. With the second quarter of the century, in the emerging process of change, the products and production processes in the world economy have changed, and the nature of competition in the markets has changed. The revolution in industrial production called Industry 4.0 must also be searched for the driving forces here. There are two important points in this change: the first of them is a major change in the electronics, which is of importance to the extent of the efficiency of the product and production, to the nano-electronics. Electronics here should be seen as a form of technical change that affects the supply characteristics of the economy. The second point is the development of social and productive education in this process, which is also important to the extent of this change. The article focuses on these factors and investigates how these factors affect economic processes and the world economy. The study, on the one hand, attempted to determine the impact of the change in electronics and the size of the economy, and on the other hand, the impact of the change in the education-human capital relationship on economic development and international trade.
